IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Over a year ago when we announced our retirement we had hoped that the gallery would continue but regrettably it has not been possible to find new owners and the premises have now been sold - our last day will be Sunday 27th January 2008, bringing to an end 34 happy years. Between now and then, we will continue the sale which we started some time ago with all stock significantly reduced, including new and recent items - with increasing discounts towards the end of the year and further major reductions on a clearance basis throughout January.

This brochure is intended to show just a small selection of our current stock - mainly more recent items. We are particularly delighted to have 15 new works by Donald McIntyre and with the exception of these, all works shown have a minimum discount of 10% off the prices as shown.

This, however, only represents a small part of the current gallery stock and we hope to be able to continue to offer several hundred works, many significantly reduced in price, by the full range of gallery artists, including Traditional, Modern, Impressionist and Contemporary works.

As we move into January we will be offering much of our remaining older stock, particularly works by modern artists, sketches and framed prints, etc. at very much clearance prices towards closure. We hope to keep the gallery as lively as possible until closing on Sunday 27th January.

For the future, away from the gallery, we intend to continue in a selective way, whether with the occasional brochure of quality paintings, or through our website ( www.st-andrewsfineart.co.uk) or possible trade fair, although we are not quite certain how this will evolve.

At this point in time, we would like to thank all our clients again for their much appreciated custom over the years and to advise that anybody who wishes to be contacted with a view to the future, as above, or on a “request basis” to please return the enclosed form for inclusion on our future contacts list. We hope to see as many as possible before closing and thanks again to everyone.
